Terms of Service

Effective date: March 28, 2026

Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your use of microapp.services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

microapp.services allows users to create, publish, operate, distribute, and manage micro apps, including public app, widget, API, webhook, automation, data, and marketplace-related features.

Some features may be in beta, limited release, or marked as coming soon.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You may not share accounts or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, transmit malware, abuse infrastructure, evade quotas or limits, or interfere with other users or the platform.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or protection of the service.

Your content and apps

You retain ownership of the content, prompts, app logic, configuration, listings, and records you submit, subject to the rights needed for us to host, process, display, secure, and operate the service.

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of your apps, content, prompts, workflows, outputs, marketplace listings, and any data collected from your own users.

AI features

Some features may rely on AI-generated or AI-assisted output. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

Where runtime AI is enabled, you remain responsible for your use of that functionality and for any resulting outputs, actions, or customer-facing behavior.

Payments, billing, and subscriptions

Certain features may require a paid plan or one-time payment. Prices, quotas, and limits may change from time to time, subject to applicable notice requirements.

Payments, subscriptions, and billing operations may be processed by a merchant of record or third-party payment partner identified during checkout. Your use of those payment services may also be subject to the applicable partner terms and policies.

Refunds and cancellations

Unless stated otherwise in a specific offer, plan, checkout flow, or refund policy published on the site, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

If subscriptions are enabled, cancellation stops future renewal but does not retroactively refund prior billing periods unless required by law or expressly stated by us.

For marketplace purchases, additional seller, platform, refund, cancellation, or commission rules may apply when that functionality is enabled.

Marketplace terms

If marketplace features are enabled, listings, pricing, distribution, commissions, payouts, access rights, and seller obligations may be subject to additional marketplace-specific rules.

We may remove, suspend, reject, or de-list marketplace content where necessary for policy, trust, legal, operational, quality, or security reasons.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any part of the service at any time, including features, channels, quotas, pricing, or integrations.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every browser, region, or third-party provider.

Third-party services

The service may integrate with or rely on third-party infrastructure, payment providers, AI providers, email systems, hosting, analytics, or other services. We are not responsible for third-party products or services beyond our control.

Intellectual property

The service, excluding your content, includes software, branding, design, text, graphics, and other materials owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit the service except as expressly permitted.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation, except where such disclaimers are not permitted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, and our service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your apps, your content, your marketplace activity, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach, risk, legal compliance, security, abuse, or operational reasons.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and dispute-related terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, excluding conflict-of-laws principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the effective date and provide additional notice where appropriate.
