If you create or operate apps on the platform, you are responsible for the data you collect from your own end users and for providing any required notices or obtaining any required consent.

We act as a service provider / processor for app data that you store or process through the service, except where we need to use that data for security, abuse prevention, billing, support, legal compliance, or core service operation.

Payments, subscriptions, and related billing operations may be processed by a merchant of record or third-party payment partner identified during checkout. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers.

If marketplace purchases are enabled, transaction and payout records may also be stored to support commissions, refunds, seller reporting, and financial compliance.

If you list apps for sale or distribution in the marketplace, we may process listing information, sales records, buyer counts, revenue summaries, payout details, tax or compliance data, and account status information.

If you receive payouts, we may store the account details needed to route those payouts, verify ownership, prevent fraud, and maintain financial records.

Some platform features may use third-party AI or infrastructure providers to generate, transform, or process app-related content. Those providers may process prompts, responses, and related metadata as needed to provide the service.

We use service providers for hosting, databases, email delivery, analytics, logging, billing operations, payment processing, and related service functionality.
