Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective date: March 28, 2026
Overview
microapp.services is operated under the microapp.services business name. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, renewals, and refunds work for subscriptions, one-time purchases, and related billing flows on the service.
Subscriptions
If a paid subscription is enabled, your plan renews automatically at the interval shown at checkout unless you cancel before the next renewal date.
Your current billing period remains active until the end of the paid term.
Cancellation
You may cancel future renewal from your account billing area when that functionality is available, or by contacting support.
Cancellation stops future charges. It does not retroactively cancel or reverse a billing period that has already started.
Refunds
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the transaction date.
If a refund is issued, it will be returned to the original payment method used for the transaction.
After 14 days, fees are non-refundable.
Plan changes
If you upgrade, downgrade, or switch plans, the effective timing of that change may depend on the billing logic shown in the product or checkout flow.
Where the product states that a downgrade or cancellation is scheduled for the next period, the current paid period remains active until then.
Marketplace or third-party listings
If marketplace features are enabled, additional seller, platform, payout, commission, and refund rules may apply to purchases made through marketplace listings.
Marketplace-specific rules, if enabled, will supplement this policy.
Chargebacks and abuse
If a payment is reversed, charged back, disputed, or determined to be fraudulent, we may suspend or revoke access to paid features while the matter is reviewed.
We may decline refund requests where there is evidence of abuse, policy evasion, repeated exploitative behavior, or violation of the Terms.
